Based in Madrid in Spain, and founded in 1963, Frimetal, SA, is a leading manufacturer of evaporators, condensers, and all kinds of heat exchanging coils of finned tube for commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning.
With nominal capacities from 10.5 to 128.5 kW, the Frimetal MR wall mounted unit coolers with axial fans are specifically designed for blast freezing tunnels needing good air distribution and efficient use of the available space. There are 3 model ranges:
* MRB - 7mm fin spacing, medium temperature tunnels
* MRL - 9mm fin spacing, low temperature blast freezing tunnels
* MRX - 12mm fin spacing, low temperature blast freezing tunnels down to -40℃

Frimetal SN gravity evaporators, nominal capacity 510 - 3690 W, are designed for cold storage rooms down to -10℃ for preserving fresh goods or delicate products. No forced air means the room is kept at a high humidity level to avoid drying the goods and decreasing their weight.
Frimetal EG gravity evaporators are as the SN models but complete the range with larger and stronger units, nominal capacities of 2200 to 6900 W. Installation is very simple and it is possible to manufacture custom-made models where special dimensions are required.

The Frimetal FC range of cubic evaporators, nominal capacities of 17.7 to 66.8 kW, are designed for cold storage or working rooms with positive temperatures. They incorporate centrifugal fan motors which allow he coupling of ducts to distribute the air evenly throughout the room. Fin spacing is 4.2 mm.

The Frimetal FBV range are dual discharge evaporators, nominal capacities 2.5 - 8.6 kW, with very low air speed. They are particularly suitable for the preservation of delicate goods such as flowers, meat, bakery etc and are also ideal for the air conditioning of working rooms or laboratories because of their low noise level and gentle air flow.

The Frimetal MV range of mini-vap coolers, nominal capacities 10.5 - 128.5 kW, are of minimum dimensions, particularly height, and are mainly designed for commercial refrigerating cabinets or small cold storage rooms where height is limited. 4 options are available:
* MVP - 4 mm fin spacing - cabinets down to -18℃
* MVG - 4 mm fin spacing - cabinets down to -18℃
* MVM - 4.2 mm fin spacing - small rooms with fresh goods at 0℃/+2℃
* MVB - 7 mm fin spacing - small rooms for the preservation of frozen products

Frimetal PI Commercial evaporators, nominal capacities 1.6 - 25.7 kW, are ceiling evaporators with double air discharge and low height, designed to be placed centrally on the ceiling in the room to provide uniform air distribution and good use of space for preserving fresh or frozen goods. Ideal for hallways or workroom. 3 model ranges and normal or silent versions are available:
* PIA - 2.8 mm Fin Spacing - Fresh goods above +5℃
* PIM - 4.2 mm Fin Spacing - Fresh goods at 0℃/+2℃
* GDP - 7 mm Fin Spacing - Frozen conservation down to -20℃
The Frimetal Industrial PI Series, nominal capacities 8.4 - 60 kW, are evaporators with double air discharge for industrial cold rooms and medium power rapid cooling tunnels, having lower height and smoother air movement than cubic evaporators. They are also available in 3 versions:
* PIM - 4.2 mm Fin Spacing - Fresh goods at 0℃/+2℃ to frozen down to -18℃
* GDP - 7 mm Fin Spacing - Frozen conservation at low temperatures down to -30℃
* PIL - 9 mm Fin Spacing - Very low temperture chambers and tunnels down to -40℃
Frimetal TT evaporators, nominal capacities 29.8 - 150 kW, are double air discharge evaporators designed for rapid cooling tunnels at medium or low temperatures where high air pressure and perfect air distribution throughout the goods placed on the pallets are necessary. Available in 4 versions:
* TTM - 4.2 mm Fin Spacing - Medium temperature tunnels
* TTB - 7 mm Fin Spacing - Medium temperature tunnels
* TTL - 9 mm Fin Spacing - Low temperature tunnels

Frimetal FR cubic evaporators cover a very wide range for all types of applications including commercial models with 300 and 400 mm 1 Phase fans to industrial models with 500 and 630 mm 3 phase fans. The options are:

The Frimetal GR range, nominal capacities 31.8 - 155 kW, are very large industrial cubic evaporators for a wide variety of applications with 630 and 800 mm 3 phase fans.
* GRM - 4.2 mm Fin Spacing - fresh products at 0℃/+2℃
* GRB - 6 mm Fin Spacing - fresh goods at 0℃/+2℃ or frozen products down to -20℃
* GRL - 9 mm Fin Spacing - conservation of frozen products at -20℃/-30℃

Frimetal EC evaporators, nominal capacities 1.7 - 14 kW, are commercial cubic evaporators for small and medium sized rooms with 1 phase external rotor fans of 300 and 400 mm diameter which provide an economical alternative to the commercial FR series of cubic evaporators.
* NDE - 4.2 mm Fin Spacing - fresh goods at 0℃/+2℃ or frozen products down to -18℃
* ECB - 7 mm Fin Spacing - conservation of frozen products down to -30℃
